Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how to have it deleted. Short on purpose — a policy nobody finishes reading protects nobody.
Who we are
Domaveri is a service of Albert D Matalon, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming, USA, with its principal office at 5750 Alder Avenue #100, Sacramento, CA 95828, USA. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
For anything in this policy — including access to your data or its deletion — write to daniel@domaveri.com.
What we collect
Only what you hand us, plus the ordinary technical record of a web request.
- Your name, work email, company and job title.
- The portfolio details you submit — asset references, a link to your public portal, or the contents of your message.
- We receive these when you submit a form on this site, or through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form.
- Standard server and analytics records: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visited and where you arrived from.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the ten free verifications you asked for, and to send you the results.
- To follow up with you about our service.
That is the whole list. We do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising. It goes only to the processors below, who act on our instructions.
Who else handles it
- FormSubmit
- Delivers the forms on this site to our inbox, and therefore receives the name, work email, company, role and portfolio details you enter.
- We run the LinkedIn Insight Tag on this site to measure our advertising, and we receive contact details from LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms you choose to submit.
- Calendly
- Handles booking if you schedule a call with us, and receives the name and email you give it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. Write to daniel@domaveri.com and we will erase your personal data within 30 days, except anything we are legally required to retain.
Your rights under the GDPR
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy;
- have it corrected if it is wrong;
- have it erased;
- restrict or object to how we use it, including direct marketing;
- receive it in a portable, machine-readable form;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was lawful before;
- complain to your supervisory authority — the AEPD in Spain, the CNPD in Portugal.
Exercising any of these costs you nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.
