No hardware. No installs. No man with a clipboard. Domaveri assembles independent evidence layers that already exist above and around every asset — and delivers them as a document your auditor will accept.

Method — four steps, in order

  1. 01You send the address listA spreadsheet is enough — address, cadastral reference if you have it, and the status you currently carry. Ten assets or ten thousand.
  2. 02We assemble the evidence layersThree independent classes of evidence — imagery, ground observation and activity signals — each sourced, timestamped and geolocated independently of the others. The specific sources, resolutions and operating procedures are disclosed under NDA.
  3. 03Signals are reconciled into one verdictSources must agree before we certify. Where they conflict, the asset is flagged UNKNOWN with the specific missing source named — and the resolving pass is scheduled automatically.
  4. 04You receive the documentOne certificate per asset (PDF), one machine-readable twin (XML/JSON), one portfolio roll-up sorted by verdict. Re-verification runs on your cycle without anyone asking.

Anatomy of the evidence pack

Every element answers a question someone will eventually ask under oath or under audit.

Imagery layer
The asset as it physically stood, capture date printed on the image. Answers: what was there, and when?
Ground observation layer
The asset at street level, day and night. Answers: does anyone come and go?
Activity layer
Consumption and activity series where lawfully available. Answers: is anything running inside?
Method note
Sources, dates, coordinates and chain of custody — supplied with each pack, full methodology under NDA. Answers: how do you know?
Verdict + signature line
VERIFIED, UNKNOWN or OCCUPIED, dated and referenced. Answers: what do we put in the file?

Three desks, one vendor file

Each module lands on a different desk inside the bank. All three run on the same evidence engine, the same contract, the same DPA — one procurement, three problems retired.

Module A · REO & Servicing — Portfolio occupancy
Continuous verification of repossessed and serviced assets. Monthly or quarterly cycles; OCCUPIED alerts the day activity is detected at an asset carried as vacant. Replaces €228–342 inspections with a one-day shelf life.
Module B · Lending — Construction progress
Dated aerial evidence of build stage tied to the drawdown schedule. The tranche committee sees the site as it stood this week, not as the surveyor found it last quarter.
Module C · Risk — Borrower activity alerts
Yards, warehouses and forecourts pledged as working collateral, watched for the silence that precedes a default. Early-warning signals with evidence attached.

Where and how often

Live coverage across Spain and Portugal. Italy, Greece, Ireland, Cyprus, France and the Netherlands are serviced on instruction, with lead time agreed before the scan is accepted — we will tell you what we cannot reach rather than quote for it. Dense-city, suburban and rural assets are all serviceable; the layer mix adapts to what each location can evidence.

Questions your team will ask

LEGAL — Is this admissible?
Every element is dated, sourced and geolocated, with an unbroken chain of custody described in the method note. That is precisely what undated inspection photos lack. Your counsel receives the methodology documentation on request.
PRIVACY — Are you photographing people?
No. We verify premises, not persons. Street passes capture facades from public space; faces and plates are blurred at ingestion; consumption signals are used only where a lawful basis exists.
IT — Do we need an integration?
No integration is required to start — packs arrive as documents. When you are ready, the machine-readable twin drops into your core or DMS.
PROCUREMENT — How long is onboarding?
The vendor file is pre-assembled. Most reviews close in one round.
