Last updated 2 September 2026 · This is a launch-grade draft, not legal advice. Local counsel should review before launch.
1. Who we are
Domaveri is a service of Albert D Matalon, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming, USA, with its principal office at 5750 Alder Avenue #100, Sacramento, CA 95828, USA. For questions about this policy or your personal data, contact ariella@domaveri.com.
2. Data we collect on this website
- Contact and request data you submit through our forms or by email: name, work email, institution, role, portfolio details, message content.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and referral source, via server logs and, where you consent, analytics cookies.
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and this website is directed at business users.
3. Data processed in our verification services
Our service verifies the status of premises, not the behaviour of individuals.
- Imagery
- Aerial and satellite imagery and street-level photographs of building exteriors taken from public space. Faces and vehicle plates are irreversibly blurred at ingestion. We do not use imagery to identify, track or profile individuals.
- Address and property data
- Supplied by our clients for assets they own or hold as collateral, which may constitute personal data where an address is linkable to an individual.
- Consumption and activity signals
- Used only where a lawful basis exists and in aggregate or premises-level form.
4. Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Responding to enquiries and providing requested information | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)); pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Providing verification services under contract | Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); legitimate interests in protecting collateral and meeting supervisory obligations (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Website operation, security and abuse prevention | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Analytics cookies | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Legal compliance and record-keeping | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
5. Sharing and recipients
We share personal data only with the client institution that commissioned a verification, service providers supporting hosting, imagery, field photography and communications under written agreements, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Client portfolio data and evidence packs are processed and stored in the European Union by default. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, including to our US parent entity for administration, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures as appropriate.
7. Retention
- Website enquiry data: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Evidence packs and verification data: for the retention period agreed with the commissioning client, then returned or deleted.
- Records we must keep by law: for the legally required period.
8. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any right, email ariella@domaveri.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you believe an image or record processed by us concerns you, contact us and we will investigate and, where required, blur, restrict or delete.
9. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, multi-factor authentication and logging. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected parties and authorities of personal data breaches as required by law.
