2. The Site is informational
Content on the Site — including sample certificates, illustrative imagery, indicative pricing and compliance descriptions — is provided for general information. It does not constitute an offer, a valuation, legal advice, or evidence usable in any proceeding. Verification deliverables are supplied only under a Services Agreement.
3. Business use
The Site and our services are intended for business users — lenders, servicers, financial institutions and their advisers — and not for consumers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse, probe or disrupt the Site; scrape or bulk-extract content; misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us; use any content from the Site as purported evidence of the status of any property; or use the Site in violation of applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, sample documents and the Domaveri name and logo are owned by or licensed to Albert D Matalon, LLC. No rights are granted except to view the Site for its intended purpose. Do not reproduce sample certificates or evidence-pack formats.
6. Enquiries and pilots
Submitting a form or requesting a pilot creates no obligation on either party until a Services Agreement or pilot order is signed. Indicative figures on the Site, including comparisons to field-visit costs, are illustrative and not a quote.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including accuracy, availability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Albert D Matalon, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability arising out of the Site shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability in connection with delivered verification services is governed exclusively by the applicable Services Agreement.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer or local-law protections that apply to you remain unaffected. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Site.
